Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 July 2026

1. Who we are

Sirkopes (the “Service”) is operated by Oleksandr Saifullin, an individual entrepreneur established in Portugal (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Sirkopes does

Sirkopes provides in-browser tools for creating visual reference material for AI video generators — currently a 3D “Stage Editor” for planning camera moves and a “Shot Cloner” for turning a video clip into a depth-and-pose motion reference. All media processing runs locally in your browser; the clips and scenes you work with are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • only upload or process content that you own or have the right to use, and that does not infringe anyone else’s rights or applicable law;
  • not use the Service to create, process, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing material;
  • not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or interfere with other users.

You are solely responsible for the content you process and for how you use any output the Service produces.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you upload and to the reference files you generate. We claim no ownership over them. The Service itself — including its software, design, and branding — remains our property and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

5. Third-party components and models

The Service downloads and runs open-source machine-learning models in your browser and relies on third-party libraries and infrastructure. These components are provided by their respective owners under their own licenses, and we make no warranty regarding them.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or content, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, and update these Terms, at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Portugal, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
